Hike around Ulvvatnet in Hausdalen

This is a hike suitable for everyone. Follow the forest road into the forest and cross all the bridges.

When you cross bridge no. 2 you have a great view of Samdalsvatnet and Hausdalshorga in the background. Follow the forest road inland to the crossroads.

Here you go right over the bridge. Now you will see Ulvvatnet on your left. Follow the forest road to the end of the lake. From the end, an indistinct path goes down to the left. Follow the path over the marshes and down to the lake. From here, you follow the path back to the opposite side of Ulvvatnet. Follow the path along the water all the way to the large campfire site. There are many nice places to stop.

In the summer it is nice to both camp and swim here. From the campfire site, the path follows north into the forest. From here you enter the forest road that leads you down to the crossroads. From here you go the same way back to the parking lot.
