Description

Stiganosi is a majestic mountain that stands tall, but somewhat hidden between Undredal and Nærøyfjorden. The hike starts at Langhuso, where you follow a T-marked trail. After passing Sørfalligrovfossen, you turn off the T-marked trail and walk steeply straight up.

Further up to about 1600 m the climb is not quite as steep, and the terrain consists of patches of grassland and large boulders, with some snowfields. You cross the southwestern flank of Syrdalsbreen glacier before reaching the cairn at the top.

The return journey follows the same route. 🌲
