Description
The plateau from Ulriken to Fløyen is a classic mountain hike in Bergen, and perhaps the most popular!
For an extra experience, try the trip on skis. Start the ski trip by taking the Ulriksbanen cable car to the top. If you prefer to walk, you can start at Montana and take the stairs 'Oppstemten'. When there is snow, it is recommended to use good crampons, as many people sled down the stairs, and it can be slippery.
On the actual ski trip, mountain skis with steel edges are recommended for the best possible experience. Have a good trip!
