Access

From Bergen, drive to Nesttun and follow Osveien towards Os. When you reach Kaland, turn left into Bontveit. Follow the road all the way to Frotveit light trail (approx. 6 km)

Parking

Parking at the Frotveit light trail (NOK 50,-)

Description

This is perhaps the most beautiful ski trip in Bergen municipality.

Strap on your skis on the opposite side of the road (the parking lot). Follow the groomed ski Track over to the lighted trail at Totland. This section is not lit and is approx. 4 km long. The terrain is hilly and you go up and down.

From Totland, follow the ski Track north towards Fanahatten. Just before the cabin, turn right where there is a sign for 'Livarden/Grindåsen'. Follow the narrow path down to the groomed tracks. From here, just follow the winding road up to Grindåsen.

Vel oppe følger du skisporet videre oppover Humlestølsvegen. Sporet går parallelt med Livarden nordover helt til Rambjørgvatnet. Fra vannet svinger løypen tilbake ned igjen til Humlestølsvegen.

Return the same way.
