Description
Little visited by the name of Kinna / Kinnapresten at Kvamskogen!
From Eikedalen you walk up to the building by the old Samnanger ski lift. Behind the building there is a path that leads to where the alpine trail used to be. Walk up the old trail. In some places it is densely overgrown with forest. But you should follow the old posts from the ski lift to the top. When you get above the tree line, walk west in the valley between Børdalsfjellet and Huldabottsfjellet. Here the terrain is flat and you walk on the right side of Setratjørn. Walk west for about 2 kilometers until it goes downhill. Here you should turn left up a dried-up stream bed.
Walk west on the right side of the ridge. As it goes down, you round the ridge to the southwest. Watch out for the cliff which is about 100 meters further south. Walk until you see a fallen marker post. For the best view down the mountainside, walk about 200 meters further southwest from the post. Here the mountainside drops steeply 200 meters, so be careful.
Return the same way.
