Hodlekve is a snow-sure place. You can ski downhill at Hodlekve Ski Center, or cross-country ski on groomed trails. The surrounding mountains are a perfect starting point for randonee and mountain skiing.

In the summer, Sogndal is a fantastic destination with magnificent scenery. It is a short distance to Jostedalsbreen glacier and mountain hikes that go steeply up from fjord to mountain. It is also a short distance to Luster, the gateway to Jotunheimen.
