Trip to Brurastakken (177 m) and Skardvikenova (175 m) on Atløy

This is a short hike of about 600 meters from the parking lot to Brurastakken.

At the start you will find a large sign marking the trail. Follow the trail up the pasture, then along the fence and further up a slightly steeper hill. Go through the gate and straight ahead to the fork in the trail. The trail to the left leads to Brurastakken, while the trail to the right goes to Skardvikenova.

We recommend starting with Brurastakken, which is about 200 meters away. At the top you will be rewarded with a fantastic sea view towards Alden. Afterwards you can also take a trip to Skardvikenova, where you will find a cairn and a bench. Here you can sit and enjoy the same great view.

The return journey follows the same route.
