Access

Approximately 3 hours 4 minutes (176 km) drive from Bergen.

Parking

The parking lot at Varpet (530 m above sea level). Access via toll road.

Description

From Varpet, the hike first takes you on a forest road past the Skorge farm, and then on a T-marked trail with a slight incline inland to the Kallbakk farm. From Kallbakk, a marked trail takes you in a sharp turn back up to Kongshaug.

At the top there is a fantastic view of the Sognefjord.
