Description

The hike starts at the parking lot at Åning and starts with a steep climb. The path leading up to Instevatnet is good, and the lake is located at an altitude of 1020 meters. From the lake, the hike continues by following the ridge upwards. This part of the trail consists mainly of solid rock, but after reaching an altitude of 1500 meters, you will move into an area of boulders.

The last parts of the trail take you along a narrow ridge, and here a challenging, steep climb to the summit awaits. As you approach the goal, the terrain becomes flat mountain, and the last stretch towards the cairn gives you a pleasant hike.

To complete the tour, follow the same route back to return to the starting point at the parking lot at Åning.
