From here it is a short distance to experiences such as Langfoss, Gullruta, Buerbreen and Trolltunga – perfect as a base when fjords and mountains tempt you.

Accommodation is in a renovated school with ten rooms in three sizes. There are both double rooms and family rooms with up to six beds, homely furnished with a personal touch. Showers and toilets are in a communal area, and breakfast is always included.

The site is also an activity center with Via Ferrata in Åkrafjorden, including Kyrkjeveggen and the family-friendly Jettegrytene. The tours can be taken with or without a guide, and tailor-made packages are offered for groups with activities, food and accommodation.
