Approx. 3 h 35 min (276 km) drive from Oslo

Parking

Parking lot deep in the forest (limited spaces). There is a larger parking lot earlier along the road, but you have to pay a fee here.

Description

Experience an exciting hike to Jettegrytene in Nissedal – a natural gem and unique swimming spot!  

The impressive rock formations and natural pools are perfect for both exploring and swimming. A short hike with great rewards, ideal for the whole family on hot summer days.

Length: Approximately 1 km round trip
Time: About 30 minutes.  
Season: Spring and summer.  
NB: Be careful as the rocks can be very slippery.
