Hike to the day trip hut in Gulen, called Gulakvila

A hike to the Gulakvila day trip hut, just across from the municipal center in Eivindvik, is a great experience.

Start from the parking lot by the sea, just below the municipal building. Follow the road behind the municipal building and further signs on the trail. The trail takes you through the valleys of Dyttingåsen and up to the top of Løypingåsen, and you will find good signs along the way. From the day trip cabin, a majestic view opens up to the west, with the sea and the Gulafjord stretching inland.
